Don’t neglect the most important part of your sprayer this year! We will inspect the full wet system for problems before you run again this winter while we winterize it for your off season too. This is included with our detailed sprayer inspection $875 includes the full inspection and pressure test of the wet system along with 12.5 gallons of John Deere Sprayer Winterizer fluid.

Air Seeder Cart Tune-up Full On-site Tune-up Parts & mileage not included in the flat rate charge

- Check and repack wheel bearings - Remove wheel hub plugs and tap for zerk - Clean and fill hubs with grease - Replace bushings on meter drive end housings - Check lower auger bushing, Inspect drive chains - Remove meter cartridge, inspect brushes - Inspect fan motor for leaks - Drain meter gearboxes and fill with new oil - Check operation of main and meter clutches - Update software (where applicable)

Irrigation Engine Inspection Full On-site Inspection Mileage not included in the flat rate charge
We will inspect: - The air intake system, exhaust, & turbocharger - Fuel system & coolant system - Inspect for internal leaks & collect oil samples for analysis - Charging and murphy safety system
Fuel Injector Flush For Tier 2 and Tier 3 engines with high pressure common rail fuel systems. Treats misfire, rough running, smoking, low power, and poor starting engines.
